We find, prepare, and empower the most exceptional rising musicians in the Western Hemisphere, and connect them with audiences around the world. Through high-impact tours, immersive international residencies, a commitment to community engagement, and innovative online training platform – we present the future of the Americas-led movement of music for social development.
Our Process
We pioneered the world’s most transparent platform for identifying top rising musicians from Patagonia to the Arctic Circle. And we innovated a way to pack the equivalent of 12 months of world-class conservatory training into 6 weeks on our movable campus.

Of 5,000+ musicians who start the audition process, the 80 selected to participate are a hemispheric showcase of the Americas, embodying the talent of more than 25 nations.

Our Faculty are Principals from the world’s top music institutions, including The Berlin Philharmonic, Royal Dutch Concertgebouw, Brussels Philharmonic, Metropolitan Opera, Minnesota Orchestra, & Rome Opera.
